In a collision where you are at fault, Property Damage covers your liability for damaging another person's personal property, such as an automobile, house or fence.
The state of Arizona requires every registered vehicle to carry property damage liability limits of $10,000 at a minimum. This means if you are at fault in an accident, $10,000 is the maximum the insurance would pay for damage to another person's vehicle, house, fence, etc.
